Where are you located and what areas do you cover?
We are located in Fort Lauderdale, FL; however we service many clients from all over Southeast Florida that bring their vehicles to our shop. When looking for a quality detailer, quality of the service performed should be the number one factor, not distance.
Do you provide a "mobile" service so I do not have to travel to your shop?
Yes. We offer all of our clients whether an auto, SUV, truck, motorcycle, yacht and boat "Mobile Service".
Does weather play a factor, or what happens if it rains?
If you make an appoitment to bring your vehicle to our shop we can, on most days, perform all services in the shop. Of course you can always cancel the appointment and reschedule. Our "Mobile Service" is dependent on weather unless you have an enclosed facility.
Are you insured?
Yes, we are fully insured.
How long does it take to complete my vehicle?
Well that depends on the Service performed and the size of the vehicle. It could take from one to eight hours. Airstream traliers, due to the size and the process, it could take several days.
Can I wait while you detail my vehicle?
Our shop is small and we do not have a waiting area. Across the street is a Publx, CVS, coffee shop, bowling alley, diner and others within a ten minute walk.
Can you remove mold, mildew and smoke odors?
Yes. However some odors like mold mildew are actually caused by a water leak that soakes the padding under the carpet and sometimes the carpet.
How often should I have my car detailed?
We recommend a full "One Fine Detail" including wax once every three months, supplemented with a wash and vacum at least once a month, or when the vehicle is dirty. We also recommend our Teflon Paint Sealant – which protects the paint and lasts up to 6 months. A must if your vehicle is not garaged.
What is not included in a typical detail price?
Excessive paint overspray, acid rain problems, major scratches/dents, road marking paint, engine detail - (additional charges apply for the following: accumulated trash removal from interior, excessive stain removal, severely neglected interiors and removal of excessive pet hair).
What do I have to do to prepare my car to be detailed?
Please remove all personal belongs before dropping your vehicle off to be detailed. Although we will take the utmost care with anything left inside your vehicle, we cannot be held responsible for any personal items left behind. Please remove items from the inside of your center console or glove box if you want the inside of those areas cleaned. Please remove all items from the trunk area except those items that came with the vehicle. Please remove any magnets on your vehicle. We will not remove any stickers from your car unless requested.
